Rainbow in a straight line that flicker like

A picture of "Horizontal Arc" in which a horizontal rainbow can be seen by refraction of sunlight with grains of ice in the atmosphere. It is very beautiful, but when it was observed in Gunma prefecture in 2005, it seems that there was a inquiry on the observatory "It is a sign of sinister thing".
