A double rainbow completely different inside and outside

I have seen that there is a rainbow on the outside of the rainbow, but I saw it for the first time that the weather is clearly different on the outside and inside.

It is said that it was taken on February 2, 2006 in the northern part of Missouri. It seems that it is a rainbow that occurred because the rainy portion and the not raining portion were clearly separated. There is such a thing ~!
