MiMo-V2.6-Pro is an MoE model with a total of 1.02 trillion parameters and 42 billion active parameters, while MiMo-V2.6-Flash is an MoE model with a total of 309 billion parameters and 15 billion active parameters. The maximum context length for both is 1 million tokens.

The reinforcement learning progress of both models was publicly displayed in real time . Through reinforcement learning, the average task completion rate of the MiMo-V2.6-Pro (orange) increased by 25 percentage points, and the average task completion rate of the MiMo-V2.6-Flash (black) also increased by 12 percentage points. Xiaomi is promoting this achievement as 'the first step in the exploration of recursive self-improvement (RSI).'

The performance of MiMo-V2.6-Pro has been verified by the third-party organization

Artificial Analysis . The following figure summarizes the scores from the Artificial Analysis Intelligence Index v4.3.2 , which calculates the AI performance score based on multiple benchmark results. Black represents the closed model, and blue represents the open model. MiMo-V2.6-Pro scored 46, the highest score among the open models, coming within 1 point of GPT-5.6 Sol.

The graph below shows the cost per task on the horizontal axis and the Artificial Analysis Intelligence Index v4.3.2 score on the vertical axis. It can be seen that MiMo-V2.6-Pro has the lowest cost among models with comparable scores, making it the most cost-effective model.

The MiMo-V2.6 series is also characterized by its high 3D spatial understanding and computer performance. Xiaomi has released footage of a 3D game created using the MiMo-V2.6, promoting it as 'From vibe coding to vibe world.'

Music composed with MiMo-V2.6 and interactive UIs created in conjunction with Figma and other tools are also available.
