◆1: Run benchmark tests
The specifications for the Pixel 11 series are as follows. All models use the same SoC, the 'Tensor G6'. However, there are differences in RAM capacity: the Pixel 11 has 12GB, the Pixel 11 Pro and Pixel 11 Pro XL have 12GB or 16GB, and the Pixel 11 Pro Fold has 16GB. This time, we will conduct tests on the 'Pixel 11 with 12GB of RAM', the 'Pixel 11 Pro with 16GB of RAM', and the 'Pixel 11 Pro Fold with 16GB of RAM'.

We will be using the benchmark application ' Geekbench 7 '. The results of displaying device information using Geekbench 7 are shown below. All three models are equipped with the same CPU, and the number of cores and clock speed are identical.

The CPU benchmark test results are as follows: Single-core scores were 2312 for the Pixel 11, 2305 for the Pixel 11 Pro, and 2293 for the Pixel 11 Pro Fold. Multi-core scores were 7212 for the Pixel 11, 6570 for the Pixel 11 Pro, and 5557 for the Pixel 11 Pro Fold.

In the OpenCL GPU processing tests, all three models failed multiple tasks. The scores were 3245 for the Pixel 11, 3249 for the Pixel 11 Pro, and 3266 for the Pixel 11 Pro Fold.

The Vulkan scores were 6598 for the Pixel 11, 6614 for the Pixel 11 Pro, and 6677 for the Pixel 11 Pro Fold.

Since all three models use the same SoC, it seems that the Pro model doesn't necessarily offer superior performance.

◆2: Testing battery life and charging time
Using Google's official website's specifications comparison feature, I compared the battery-related specifications of the Pixel 11, Pixel 11 Pro, and Pixel 11 Pro Fold, and the results are as follows. The Pixel 11 and Pixel 11 Pro have a battery life of '30 hours or more,' while the Pixel 11 Pro Fold has '24 hours or more.' Also, the charging time for the Pixel 11 and Pixel 11 Pro is listed as 'up to 55% charge in about 30 minutes,' while the Pixel 11 Pro Fold is listed as 'up to 50% charge in about 30 minutes.' Based on the specifications alone, the Pixel 11 Pro Fold's performance seems inferior, so I checked how it performs in real-world conditions.

We tested how long it takes for the battery to run out while playing

YouTube videos in full screen on the Pixel 11, Pixel 11 Pro, and Pixel 11 Pro Fold. The screen brightness was set to maximum, and the internet connection was via Wi-Fi. The air conditioner was set to 25 degrees Celsius, and a fixed camera was used to record the time until the screen turned off due to battery depletion.

I played a video starting from a fully charged state, and after 15 hours and 6 minutes, the Pixel 11 Pro Fold's battery ran out and the screen went off.

The Pixel 11 Pro ran out of battery after 17 hours and 56 minutes of video playback.

The Pixel 11's battery died 21 hours and 48 minutes after video playback began. The Pixel 11 was the clear winner in terms of battery life, with the Pixel 11 Pro Fold having the shortest battery life.

Next, we measured the time required for charging. We used the USB Type-C cable included with the Pixel 11 Pro, and the separately sold '

Google 45W USB-C Power Adapter ' as the charger.

The following graph shows the results of charging the devices from a completely depleted state, recording the battery level every 10 minutes. After 30 minutes, the battery levels were 48% for the Pixel 11, 48% for the Pixel 11 Pro, and 47% for the Pixel 11 Pro Fold, showing little difference. After 90 minutes, the Pixel 11 reached 100%, while the Pixel 11 Pro and Pixel 11 Pro Fold reached 100% after 100 minutes. This indicates that the charging performance of all three models is almost identical.

◆3: Summary
The Pixel 11, Pixel 11 Pro, and Pixel 11 Pro Fold showed little difference in benchmark scores and charging speed, but the Pixel 11 had the longest battery life. In a separate review article, camera performance tests showed that 'there was no difference in bright places such as outdoors in daylight, but the Pixel 11 Pro was superior in dark places and macro photography.' Therefore, for those who 'don't place much importance on photography,' the Pixel 11 is recommended for its long battery life. For those who 'prioritize photography,' the Pixel 11 Pro is recommended; for those who 'want a larger screen,' the Pixel 11 Pro Fold is recommended; and for those who 'want a foldable smartphone,' the Pixel 11 Pro Fold is recommended.
