Intel has announced its first portable gaming processors, the 'Arc G3' and 'Arc G3 Extreme,' which feature the Xe3 GPU core and have been selected for use in the 'Acer Predator Atlas 8,' 'MSI Claw 8 EX AI+,' and 'OneXPlayer 3.'

The Intel Arc G series chips are based on the Intel Core Ultra Series 3 (codename: Panther Lake) architecture and are optimized for portable gaming devices, offering both performance and power efficiency. Graphics can be up to the Intel Arc B390, which utilizes Intel's latest 'Xe3' architecture. There are two versions: ' Intel Arc G3 ' and ' Intel Arc G3 Extreme ,' both scheduled to begin shipping to OEM partners in June 2026.

Both versions utilize advanced technologies such as XeSS 3 for high-quality visuals through real-time ray tracing and improved responsiveness, and continuous Day-0 driver support ensures that new titles and existing libraries deliver peak performance from day one.

Acer has announced the ' Predator Atlas 8, ' a gaming console powered by the Intel Arc G series. This device features an 8-inch FHD+ display and offers a choice of Intel Arc G3 or Arc G3 Extreme processors, and Intel Arc B370 or Intel Arc B390 processors. It boasts up to 24GB of LPDDR5x (7467MT/s) memory and storage up to 1TB via a single PCIe Gen4 NVMe M.2 SSD slot (2280). The battery capacity is up to 80Wh.

MSI is planning to release the ' Claw 8 EX AI+ '. There is no official information yet, but it appears to have been listed on the website of an Australian retailer. According to that

information , the device will have an 8-inch display, FHD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and an 80Whr battery, along with a 1TB SSD and 32GB of LPDDR5X RAM. The price was listed as approximately $1780 (approximately 284,000 yen), which is double the price of its predecessor, the ' Claw 8 AI+ '.



Shenzhen One-netbook Technology will release the ' OneXPlayer 3, ' which features a detachable controller.
