Veo 3.1 Lite supports text-to-video (T2V) and image-to-video (I2V) generation, and can generate 720p and 1080p videos with sound. For 720p videos, you can choose from '4 seconds,' '6 seconds,' or '8 seconds,' while for 1080p videos, the length is fixed at 8 seconds.
Veo 3.1 and Veo 3.1 Fast support features such as '4K video generation,' 'video-to-video generation (V2V),' and 'video extension,' but Veo 3.1 Lite does not support any of these features. However, Veo 3.1 Lite has lower API usage fees.
The API usage fee table is as follows. The API usage fee per second for Veo 3.1 Lite is $0.05 (approximately 7.97 yen) for 720p and $0.08 (approximately 12.75 yen) for 1080p.
