I tried Ito En's 'Nippon Ale Melon & Milk' which has a rich milk and melon flavor

On December 1, 2025, Ito En released ' Nippon Ale Melon & Milk .' Developed as part of the 'Nippon Ale Project,' a domestic agricultural support initiative promoted by the National Federation of Agricultural Cooperative Associations, the drink features a rich, milky flavor thanks to the high-sugar content of Hokkaido Raiden melon juice and domestically produced milk. I saw it at a convenience store and gave it a try.

The ingredients are milk, sugar, melon juice, etc. The fruit juice content is 1%.

The calorie content is 38 kcal per 100 g. The content of one stick is 450 g, so it is calculated that one stick contains 171 kcal.

When I tried it, the melon aroma was strong, and the taste had a strong milk and sugar element. It felt more like sweet melon-flavored milk than melon juice, and the milk was the main ingredient.
