The 'D-20' digital watch can roll 20-sided and 100-sided dice and is also compatible with tabletop RPG battles.
In 'tabletop role-playing games,' which are played using paper and pencil without using a computer, players roll dice to decide on various actions and determine damage. The ' D-20 ' developed by Timestop Technologies is a digital wristwatch equipped with a multi-sided dice function used in tabletop role-playing games.

Timestop Technologies said, 'The first idea was a rough one, something like an electronic dice.' After that, the idea of combining an electronic dice and a digital watch was born, as the segmented digital watch 'Dungeons & Dragons' was born in the 1970s, and it was developed.
This is the D-20. The main body comes in three colors: black resin, stainless steel, and special edition orange resin. The case is made of fiber-reinforced PBT resin, and the display cover is made of reinforced mineral glass. The case is 37mm wide, 10mm thick, and weighs 28g to 48g.
In the movie below, you can see the D-20 in action.

The D-20 has the basic functions of a watch, including time display, date display, day of the week display, and perpetual calendar function. It can switch between 12-hour and 24-hour display, and also has a night mode function, but unlike typical digital watches, it intentionally omits the alarm function. Timestop Technologies succinctly states the reason for excluding the alarm function: 'Alarms are not fun.'
It also has an orange backlight.
The back side looks like this. It boasts water resistance up to a depth of 30m, and the built-in CR2025 battery life is about 3 years.
As a key feature for TTRPG players, the D-20 is equipped with a 'Quick Roll' mode. It can roll 4-sided, 6-sided, 10-sided, 12-sided, 20-sided, and 100-sided dice used in Dungeons & Dragons. It can also roll up to 12 dice at once.
In addition, the game also features a combat mode where you can roll a 20-sided die with advantages and disadvantages in battles, etc. Also, if you roll a 1 or 20 on the 20-sided die, a critical or fumble icon will be displayed.
The price is $99 (approx. 15,000 yen) for black resin, $159 (approx. 24,000 yen) for stainless steel, and $119 (approx. 18,000 yen) for orange resin. Stainless steel will start shipping in November 2024, and black resin and orange resin will start shipping in January 2025. It can be ordered from the official website, but it is unclear whether it can be shipped to Japan.
