My front row ticket became the last row

On October 19th, at the e-sports event 'Red Bull Home Ground APAC Qualifier' held at Ryogoku Kokugikan, I went to the venue with a ticket for the front row of the box seats, which was purchased on a first-come, first-served basis, but there was an entire row of seats that didn't exist.
