Microsoft's AI chat 'Copilot' collaborates with AI composer 'Suno' to introduce a function to automatically generate music

Microsoft has announced that it is now possible to generate music from text with Microsoft's AI chat service ``Copilot'' by collaborating with ``

Suno AI '', a service that uses AI to generate music.

Suno is an AI service that generates short pieces of music from text prompts such as 'Create a pop song about your adventures with your family.' Suno is now available through Copilot thanks to Suno's partnership with Microsoft.

It seems that you can use it by opening Microsoft Edge, accessing

copilot.microsoft.com , and enabling 'Suno' in the plugin list, but Suno was not found at the time of writing the article. The rollout to users will begin on December 19, 2023 local time, and will be expanded further in the coming weeks, so it looks like we'll have to wait a little longer.

You can check the songs generated with Suno from the page below.

Suno has a free plan and a paid Pro plan/Premier plan, and unless you subscribe to a paid plan and generate songs, you cannot monetize or own the songs you generate.

Suno can be used for free on Copilot, but there is no official statement on whether the generated songs can be monetized.
