The data leaked by hacking is GTAV and GTAVI source code and assets, and test build movie data, which was downloaded directly from Rockstar Games' internal Slack. The words 'Vice City' are visible in the leaked movies and screenshots, and it has been pointed out that the setting may be Vice City, which appears in the first GTA and 'Grand Theft Auto Vice City.'
