Arrived at McDonald's.
On the panel at the back of the cash register, the 'Kikyou Shingen Mochi Pie,' 'McShake Tsujiri Matcha Latte,' and 'Waffle Corn Tokyo Banana' are appealing.
When I ordered all three items, they were delivered in about 3 minutes.
◆ Kikyo Shingen Mochi Pie
The appearance of 'Kikyou Shingen Mochi Pie' looks like this. A large number of Kyoko-shaped marks are printed.
The surface of the pie is dark brown.
When I tried it, I found a warm mochi in a crispy pie with a salty taste. Kinako is kneaded into the mochi, but the sweetness is modest. When you reach the part containing black honey, you can feel the gentle sweetness of black honey. Although it contains all the elements of Kikyo Shingen Mochi such as mochi, kinako, and black honey, I felt that it was a completely different dessert depending on the crispy texture and warmth of the pie.
◆ McShake Tsujiri Matcha Latte
The package of 'McShake Tsujiri Matcha Latte' looks like this.
When I opened the lid and checked the contents, there was a yellow-green shake.
When you drink it, you will feel the taste and aroma of matcha along with the intense sweetness. I felt the flavor of matcha was light, probably because the sweetness was too strong.
◆ Waffle cone Tokyo Banana
'Waffle Cone Tokyo Banana' was provided standing on a stand like this.
If you look closely, you can see that the soft serve ice cream is topped with yellow sauce and nuts. The yellow sauce is banana custard sauce.
When I try to eat it, I feel the 'taste of Tokyo Banana', which is a mixture of banana and custard. The flavor of Tokyo Banana is reproduced at a very high level, and even if you eat it without knowing the product name, you can understand that it tastes like Tokyo Banana!
However, the nuts and banana custard sauce are only topped on the top, so the latter half has the same taste as regular soft serve ice cream.
'Kikyou Shingen Mochi Pie' is 160 yen including tax, 'McShake Tsujiri Matcha Latte' is 150 yen including tax and M size is 230 yen, 'Waffle Corn Tokyo Banana' is 250 yen including tax, 2022 4 It has appeared in McDonald's from Tuesday, 27th of March.
