Godiva's first 'Chocolate Chocolate Mint', which provides a higher level of richness to chocolate mint lovers, has appeared, so I drank it.

From Godiva, a brand synonymous with high-end chocolate, the first chocolate mint-flavored chocolate mint ' Chocolate Mint ' has appeared. Since it is a chocolate kisser that pursues a balance between the refreshingness of mint and the taste of chocolate, I immediately checked what kind of taste it had.

I bought 'Chocolate Chocolate Mint' right away. There are two types of chocolate kissers, regular (take-out: 650 yen including tax, in-store food and drink: 662 yen including tax) and large (take-out: 750 yen including tax, in-store food and drink: 764 yen including tax). Did. The cup comes with a sleeve to commemorate the 50th anniversary of coming to Japan.

When you remove the sleeve, it looks like this.

It looks like this, except that the top whipped cream is topped with emerald green powder, it's just a normal chocolate kisser.

The drink part is brown, and even if you can imagine it as a chocolate drink, there is almost no element that reminds you of chocolate mint.

Compared to the iPhone 12 with a regular size cup of Chocolixer, it feels about this size. The regular size is 270ml, so it's a little bigger than the Starbucks small size (240ml).

When you actually drink it, the refreshing scent of mint goes through your nose along with the rich chocolate flavor, which is like chocolate mint. However, it is not just the usual sweet chocolate, but a rich chocolate mint like Godiva that you can feel the flavor of cacao firmly. The flavor that remains in the mouth is about 10 to 20% chocolate and 80 to 90% mint, so it is clear that the flavor of mint is quite strong. The ice in the drink part is finer than Starbucks Frappuccino, so I hardly feel the ice grains, so it is richer as if I was drinking chocolate as it is rather than a chocolate drink. The rich chocolate flavor that is typical of Godiva and the refreshing mint flavor that is typical of chocolate mint coexist firmly, so the Chocomin Party is also smiling.

Whipped cream has a strong flavor when eaten alone, but when mixed with the drink part, the whole becomes milky and mild and you can enjoy the taste change.

'Chocolate chocolate mint' was released on April 15, 2022 (Friday), and is on sale at stores handling chocolate mint nationwide.
