A drug dealer is identified and arrested from a single cheese photo

Merseyside Police in Liverpool, England, arrested a 39-year-old man on suspicion of selling illegal drugs. The man pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 13 years and 6 months in prison. The deciding factor for the arrest was just one photo of blue cheese.

The person arrested was Cart Stewart, a prisoner living in Vauxhall, London. Stewart inmates, under the handle 'Toffeeforce,' used EncroChat , an encrypted chat service, to sell drugs such as cocaine, heroin, and MDMA.

Investigator Lee Wilkinson of the Merseyside Police said, ''Toffeeforce' was selling a lot of drugs, but after sharing a photo of this cheese on EncroChat, it seems that we got hooked on Stilton cheese. We analyzed Toffeeforce's fingerprints and palm prints from this photo, which proved that Toffeeforce was a Stilton prisoner. '

The news site The Verge said, 'I've taken my fingerprints and palm prints clearly in the photo.' 'In March 2020, I shared the photo on EncroChat, which was rumored to have been hacked by a judiciary. I pointed out that these two points were mistakes for Stewart inmates. According to the Merseyside Police, 10,000 EncroChat users have already been identified in the United Kingdom alone, for a total of 60,000 people worldwide.
