I was really impatient, so I actually tried it on Redhorse OSAKA WHEEL.
I tried shooting the sun tower over the thick gondola acrylic board with LUMIX DC-FT7.
I bought a Suita Junction where China Automobile Road and Kinki Expressway are connected and also the Meishin Expressway is selected and "Shoot Night Scenes Cleanly" in scene mode is selected and shot.
Because the gondola is made of transparent acrylic on the floor, you can see the bicycle at the bicycle park far below. It takes about 18 minutes for the gondola to make a round.
After getting off the Ferris wheel, shoot the standing statue rising in front of the GUNDAM SQUARE in the immediate flash auto.
Actually using LUMIX DC-FT 7, I felt it was a good camera to quickly take a snapshot or movie even in scenes like water or snowy mountain where it would get wet. There is also shock resistance in addition to waterproof performance even if it sinks to depth of 31 m for 60 minutes, it is pretty tight design, but it is a nice point that detailed measures such as shutter button size and checker ring are done. If you are shooting photos with outdoor smartphones getting wet or dropping may cause it to be broken, you can shoot with confidence if the performance of LUMIX DC-FT7. It is quite ants as a camera that makes it obsessed with a bag when playing with the sea or skiing.
However, its weight of 300 g or more is heavy to say "snap with casually with one hand", and sometimes my arm tired when I shoot continuously. There is something a little hard for people without confidence in muscle strength to continue to use continuously. Also, since the various buttons arranged on the right side of the liquid crystal panel are dense, it is a pity that it is difficult to make detailed settings even though ingenuity of the shutter button is done. Although there is no useless part due to waterproof and shock resistant performance, I can not operate with the touch panel, so I felt it was difficult to fit the detailed setting and focus to "quickly shoot".
