PAL-V Liberty is a car equipped with three wheels, with a folding propeller on the ceiling. A dual engine system with a 100 horsepower driving engine and a 197 horsepower flight engine is built in and a maximum of two people can board a cockpit.


From 'Drive Mode' to 'Flight Mode' it can be deformed from 5 minutes to 10 minutes, the propeller will be deployed and stored automatically, but it seems necessary to manually move only the tail wing parts.


The maximum speed of the drive mode is 160 km / h, and it accelerates from zero to 100 km / h in 9 seconds. Maximum travel distance is 1315 km, fuel efficiency is 7.6 liter / 100 km. Flight mode has a maximum altitude of 3,500 meters, the maximum speed is 180 km / h, and it can fly a distance of 500 km at the maximum. However, in order to fly, you need a license to drive gyroscopes for each country, and you need space of 90 to 200 meters by 200 meters for takeoff without obstacles. The small airfield equipped with a runway is most suitable for takeoff, so it seems difficult to switch to flight mode to get through traffic jams.


There are two models in PAL-V Liberty, the price of "Pioneer Edition" with full options is $ 599,000 (about 68 million yen), limited to only 90 cars sold. "Sport Edition" will also appear after delivery of Pioneer Edition, and the price is $ 399,000 (about 45 million yen). The Sport Edition is an inexpensive version omitting some options, but like the Pioneer Edition, it has flight capability.
