DJ TARO says "I want to become a Jedi" who was in charge of the event moderator. First of all, "Star Wars Celebration" held in Anaheim from April 16th to 19th, and the second bulletin video flowed in closing was screened for the first time in Japan on the large screen.

First of all, Kathleen Kennedy, the producer of the work, appeared. Interpretation is Natsuko Toda.

Kathleen Kennedy:
(In Japanese) "Hello". Today, I am glad that I have been able to work with a wonderful woman (Toda-san) who is working together since ET. There was a really exciting event called "Star Wars Celebration" the other day, so I came to Japan for the second time with that foot. The first time we saw the trailers on a big screen, this is seen in July in Japan, in accordance with May's "Avengers / Age of Ultron" in the United States.

I hope to explain as much as possible what the meaning of the dog is to the point where I can speak today. In the "Star Wars" myth, things that the family inherits are drawn. While the work has parts that shake your feelings, there are actions as well. Although Lucasfilm was acquired by Disney in 2013, Disney was a wonderful partner to inherit the work value of this work. "Awakening of the Force" is jointly released by Lucasfilm and Disney at the same time to the world.

After Kathleen 's greetings, Daisy Ridley, a role, appeared and greeted in Japanese as "I am delighted to be in Japan." Interpreter is Sayuri Suzuki.

To the talk with two people together.

Q:
Is Ray different from the heroine ever?

Kathleen:
People who have been watching the "Star Wars" series for a while may notice, but there are few women. In the new series, Ray appeared with a policy of changing it. Ray is a strong woman, has high physical ability, full of confidence and beauty. This is a character created at the end of trial and error.

Q:
What is the attraction of Ms. Daisy selected for role?

Kathleen:
Choosing a cast that truly represents a character is a difficult task. Meanwhile, Daisy was a person who seemed to think that "Ray role is her" when she entered the room at the audition. I thought that it was an actress with all the features I wanted. At the meeting, she talked about my mother's and sisters and made me feel connected with my family, but I thought that was the spirit that passed through Star Wars.

Q:
Although "Force is inherited" was in the trailer, from whom can you give force of force this time?

Kathleen:
Well, that ... ... The Force is everywhere (laugh)

Q:
Mr. Daisy, what is this work?

Daisy Ridley:
In my past work with this work, "Star Wars" itself is a different thing. As I was a fan, I was going to have some knowledge about Star Wars, but I imagined that being part of the world, connecting with the character, finding my whereabouts It was different and it was wonderful.

Q:
How about being chosen as a role?

Daisy:
When I heard the good news that I was elected a role, I went to see a really long show. I got notice at the time of the interview, so after that I needed to return to see the second act and I could not inform my parents until the show ended and my parents (laugh). I was full of surprises, so I could not sleep well for a few days. But the training started and surprises grew even more when it was so wonderful that the shooting began. I am happy to have a welcome reception at the work site,

Q:
What kind of lady is Ray?

Daisy:
Ray is an independent woman living on a desert planet and living solitary while collecting scraps. The body is exercising as you have seen me now. The story begins by meeting such Rei with someone.

Q:
Daisy is the first visitor to Japan. What are you looking forward to?

Daisy:
I never came, but I love Japan so I'm glad that I can not help it. Actually, I went to Kyoto already, I also saw a robot show, and I also went shopping in Harajuku. There is a wonderful culture in Japan, and technology is excellent. The girls are cool and the food is delicious. it's the best.

Q:
How is Mr. Kathleen?

Kathleen:
I am sorry that the staying time is short, I'd like to walk around here as it is a lot of weather. I am thinking to see the Star Wars exhibition tomorrow.

Ishikawa TV Cafe de Cinema:
First of all thank you for making a new trilogy work. I'm really looking forward to seeing the specials video very much. What is cherishing in this work, Star Wars, which goes beyond generations and enthusiastically enthusiastic people? I would like Ridley of the new heroine to tell me if I can talk about something in the episode at the time of filming.

Kathleen:
Understanding that "Star Wars" is a story of a family spun over generations. Tension relationship between good and evil. And since it draws a complicated relationship, various characters come out. One of them is Ray.

Daisy:
John Boiiega co-starring me and I am quite satisfied, and they are treated as "bad children" on the scene (laugh). Playfully every day, I am laughing around. Especially, since both of us love Lion King, we play laughing when Simba plays the scene which was born as a prince several times. It is a lot of fun.

Nagasaki International TV Furumoto:
I think the tribute to Japan has come out throughout the "Star Wars" series, but is there something like that this time?

Kathleen:
Yes, it is famous that George Lucas really respects Akira Kurosawa, I think that we are talking a lot about "the hidden people of the Hidden Fortress". Of course, it has been influenced not only by samurai movies but also from Western and war movies, David Lean and so on, and such things are incorporated into the values of Star Wars, so I think that you can also see the scenes in this work .

Nippon Television ZIP! Gunji:
Are the two of you watching other than the two preview videos that are now open? What is the current degree of completion?

Kathleen:
Those two are published as a tooth, but there are still more pictures taken as images. At the stage when the first cut which edited what I took is now available, there is work such as CG from here. It will be closer to completion every day from 6 months to 7 months. John Williams, of course, is in charge of music, he will also start working in about another two months.

Daisy:
Actually, since I only saw the publicly available teaser, I am filled with the feeling that I want to see the image as much as you guys.

ZIP! :
Fans were excited with new and old cast collaboration, but are there any collaborations in the movie?

Kathleen:
It is a wonderful place of this work that all the characters gather. There are nostalgic characters, and there are new people.

Figure King Writer Ozaki:
It was surprising that Mr. Kathleen who supported Stephen Spielberg's work is in charge of the key role of Star Wars in this way. Please tell me if there is any difficulty unique to this series. Also, please tell me whether Jar · Jar · Binks' appearance was considered when starting a new saga.

Kathleen:
I like to challenge, so I am excited to challenge Star Wars' new work of difficulty, and it is quite a while since I have had a lot of fun working. But sometimes Steven will be nostalgic (laugh). About jar · jar, it is "NO!" (Laugh)
