Amazon Japan's Top Sellers DVD of 2008 - EVANGELION wiped the floor

"Amazon.co.jp" has announced its yearly DVD sales chart of 2008.

"Evangelion Shin Gekijōban: Jo" (the new theatre edition of Evangelion, titled "EVANGELION:1.0 YOU ARE (NOT) ALONE" in English) ranked top with remarkable sales, and there were some other surprises in this year's chart.

Here are the Top 10 DVDs with (hopefully) helpful links. The chart consist of two anime movies, three Hollywood block-busters, four Japanese pop music DVDs, and a sing-a-long DVD of "Inai-Inai-Baah" (children's program, kind of like the Elephant Show).
