A movie that escapes under the overpass and avoids the approaching tornado

In circumstances where there is not any building, even a car can not escape from the typhoon and escape under the only overpass. A tornado passed over the overpass, and it is filming that a tremendous wind is blowing up.

Details are as below. It was a small tornado in this movie so I am saved alright without problems but it seems dangerous to evacuate under the overpass when the tornado came.
