A machine that gives more ice to people who are stressed



A dispenser with stress analysis capability was created that adjusts the amount of soft cream according to customers' misfortune level. It was exhibited at Ars Electronica, an art and advanced technology event held in Linz, Austria, but it seems that a long line was formed even on rainy days to try this machine.

The name of the machine is "Dr. Whippy".



It was created by Mr. Demitrios Kargotis and has a system to analyze stress from voice. Measuring unhappy level by asking a specific question to the person who uses it, and adjusting the amount of soft ice cream. Regarding the quantity, unfortunate people need more soft ice cream, so more people who are stressed are more likely to be distributed.
