A mischievous movie that people keep moving across the pedestrian crossing

It is a prank that a person keeps crossing the pedestrian crossing between two buildings without interruption. At first, the car is waiting quietly, but some cars that give up and eventually make a U turn come out, and the circumference is a bit of a traffic jam.

This is a high school in Austin, Minnesota, with 94 students participating. There are roads to separate the two school buildings, but the school building is actually connected by a tunnel in the underground, and we use it to create a state as if people are boiling indefinitely. If you look closely you can see that the student wearing the cow's costume crosses the crosswalk several times. It is about 4 minutes in this mischievous movie, but it would not have been something you gotten into a driver.
