NASA aircraft "Helios" flying with solar cells
Helios is an aircraft made by NASA, with a wing width of 247 feet (about 75 m) and huge than the Boeing 747 type passenger plane. It seems that we moved 14 electric motors by photovoltaic cells and went up to nearly 100,000 feet (about 30 km) in height.
Details are as follows.

The wings are really warped.
A piece that understands the size of Helios.
Helios reached the altitude of 96,000 feet (about 29 km) seems to resemble the atmosphere of Mars, and may be a possibility to fly Mars as a possibility. Unfortunately the aircraft crashed in Kawaii, Hawaii, in 2003.
Helios falling apart and falling.
A crash.
Here is an article introducing Helios.
