Touch panel "Thermo Esthetic" feels coldness and warmth

It seems that "Thermoesthesia (thermoesthesia)" created by Nihon Keizai College's school is attracting attention at the "ARS Electronica 2006" event held abroad.

When touching the touch panel, the CG image which imaged "growth of plants", "crystal of snow", "ice" etc is displayed in the touched part. Moreover, since the temperature of the touch panel changes according to the CG image displayed, it seems that a feeling closer to the real thing is obtained.
