A new product in the 'Cup Noodle' series, 'Cup Noodle Spicy Pork,' which combines pork bone broth, chili peppers, and 'Umakara-yu (delicious spicy oil),' was released on September 28th, 2026 (Monday), so I bought it and tried it.

The packaging for 'Cup Noodle Spicy Pork' looks like this, a very eye-catching bright pink color. The words 'Delicious! Mild Pork Bone Broth x Deliciously Spicy Oil' are prominently displayed. 'Spicy Pork' seems to be an abbreviation for 'Delicious Spicy Pork Bone Broth,' and the spiciness level is '3.'
The lid has a label that reads 'Special! Deliciously Spicy Oil.'
When you lift the lid, you can see orange granules and ingredients.
The ingredients are as follows. They apparently use newly developed noodles.
One serving (83g) contains 406kcal. The salt content is 2.6g from the noodles and toppings, and 2.6g from the soup, for a total of 5.2g.
Pour in hot water and wait 3 minutes. A spicy aroma is wafting from the gap in the lid.
After 3 minutes, peel back the lid and add the included 'Special Spicy Oil.'
Once thoroughly mixed, it's ready. Upon tasting it, the piercing spiciness of the chili peppers is quite prominent, yet the balance is such that you won't choke even when slurping the noodles. If you're someone who doesn't shy away from spicy food even if the word 'spicy' is in the product name, you should be able to eat this level of spiciness without any problem. It's not a complex spiciness that leaves you with a burning or cooling sensation, but the mild umami of the 'Maro Tonkotsu' broth and the spiciness blend together nicely, making it a very easy-to-eat bowl of ramen.
The suggested retail price for 'Cup Noodle Spicy Pork' is 248 yen excluding tax. On Rakuten Market, there was a store selling a 20-pack for 4725 yen including tax with free shipping (236 yen per pack).
