FLUX 3 Image is an image generation model developed based on ' FLUX 3, ' a foundational model that supports the generation of images and videos.

A key feature of this software is the ability to specify the position of each subject using bounding boxes during image generation. In the example below, a person photographed from behind is placed in the center, a modern building is placed in the background on the left, and a classical building is placed in the background on the right.

The generated result is shown below. High-quality images were generated while respecting the specified positions.

FLUX 3 Image also publishes examples of images that include Japanese characters.

It appears to support vertical writing as well. It can generate images up to 4K resolution, and when you zoom in, you can see that even the smallest details are rendered.

Additionally, you can input up to 10 reference images and incorporate them into the generated image. You can also specify the position where objects in the reference images appear.

Furthermore, it also supports image editing. Apparently, it can maintain the original image at the pixel level except for the edited areas.

FLUX 3 Image is currently offered as a paid service by Black Forest Labs, with an open model version expected to be released in the coming weeks.
