They say it tastes even better with an egg. The spiciness level is '1' out of 5.

I checked the instructions. Apparently, you can enjoy the water used to drain the noodles as soup.

The container contained a liquid sauce.

Pour in boiling water and wait 3 minutes while warming the liquid sauce on top of the lid.

After 3 minutes, transfer the soup to a bowl.

Add the liquid sauce.

Mix well.

Add the egg yolk and it's done. I drank the egg white.

The egg yolk topping and soup for the Taiwanese mixed noodles are ready.

Upon tasting it, the strong garlic and fish powder flavors certainly give it a Taiwanese mazesoba-like taste. However, the chicken flavor and aroma are quite strong, so if you ate it without knowing the product name, you might not realize it tastes like Taiwanese mazesoba. An editor from the Chubu region commented, 'Taiwanese mazesoba is much more heavily flavored with MSG, and the umami hits you hard. It's also much spicier. This cup yakisoba has a strong chicken flavor, and it's quite different from Taiwanese mazesoba.'

The soup is like a slightly diluted version of chicken ramen broth, a comforting and soothing flavor.
