I tried Burger King's 'Dirty the One Pounder,' where the quality of the four beef patties is fully enhanced by the special garlic mayo and pickles.

Burger King has released a new product called ' Dirty The One Pounder ,' which they describe as 'the epitome of dirtyness,' and it went on sale on August 7th, 2026 (Friday). I tried this extra-large burger with four flame-grilled beef patties and a special garlic mayo sauce.

The wrapping paper was generic.

This is what it looks like when you open the wrapper. The aroma of garlic wafts out. I've placed a transit IC card next to it for scale, but of course, this is a gigantic burger that's bigger than the IC card.

The sheer weight of the four patties is overwhelming. The total weight is a whopping 527g.

This is what it looks like with the top bun removed. The patty is topped with a generous amount of special garlic mayo sauce and sliced onions. You can't see it because of all the sauce, but there are pickles underneath the onions.

To get a better view of the cross-section, I had one cut in half. You can see that the special garlic mayonnaise sauce is sandwiched in layers other than the top one.

When you try to take a bite, it's just about the right size to fit in your mouth. Unless you consider yourself to have a big mouth, a half-cut would probably be easier to eat. That's how thick the four patties are, but when you take a bite, the aroma of garlic and the mellow mayonnaise flavor of the special garlic mayo sauce first fill your mouth, and then the chunks of meat come rushing in, as if to wipe away the taste of the mayonnaise all at once. The refreshing taste of the sliced onions, which retain their crisp texture, and the tanginess of the crunchy pickles mix in and enhance the taste of the meat. When you eat a four-patty burger at Burger King, all the flavors are eventually swallowed up by the meat, and you end up thinking, 'This is good, but I wish I could have enjoyed the individual flavors a little more...' But with the special garlic mayo sauce, there's a lingering feeling even after the taste of the meat has been released, and you feel very satisfied, thinking, 'This is what I wanted to eat.' It would be even better if there were a little more sliced onion and pickles.
