The foldable smartphones expected to be announced are the Galaxy Z Flip 8, a vertically folding smartphone; the Galaxy Z Fold 8, a horizontally folding smartphone that is short vertically and wide vertically; and the Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra, a horizontally folding smartphone that will be the successor to the Galaxy Z Fold 7.

The Galaxy Z Fold 8 is rumored to have a 5.4-inch outer display and a 7.8-inch display when unfolded. The Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra is expected to have a design very similar to the Galaxy Z Fold 7, and will feature a new Snapdragon chip and a more powerful rear main camera. The Galaxy Z Flip 8 is also expected to adopt almost the same design as its predecessor, the Galaxy Z Flip 7, but with an upgraded SoC and a less noticeable fold.

According to Engadget , the Galaxy Z Flip 8 is unlikely to receive significant upgrades due to the global memory shortage, and will likely retain its dual rear camera setup. The Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra will be the top-of-the-line model, featuring a display technology that minimizes the appearance of the fold. According to PCMag , the Galaxy Z Fold 8's outer display will have a 16:10 aspect ratio. For comparison, the Galaxy Z Fold 7's outer display has a 21:9 aspect ratio, meaning the folded design will be considerably wider.

In addition, Mashable predicts that Samsung will also announce the Galaxy Watch 9 and Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 smartwatches at Galaxy Unpacked. Both are expected to have no major changes from their predecessors, with only minor updates to health management features and slight design changes. The Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 is expected to receive upgrades such as a classic numeral display on the watch face, a thinner bezel design, and improved usability.

Furthermore, Samsung is expected to unveil smart glasses at Galaxy Unpacked. These smart glasses will be called 'Galaxy Glasses' and are expected to have similar functionality to Meta's Meta Glasses . Reports suggest that Galaxy Able will be earphones that use bone conduction technology rather than conventional drivers.
