This is what the packaging for 'Chicken Ramen Soupless Bowl - Spiced Dry Curry Flavor' looks like.

Since it's a soupless rice bowl, it has a drain spout.

Looking at the ingredients list, we can see that it contains wheat flour, soy sauce, chicken extract, spices, ginger seasoning, onion, onion seasoning, vegetable seasoning oil, curry powder, chicken seasoning, and flavorings. The dried ingredients consist only of carrots, making for a simple composition.

One serving (94g) contains 441kcal.

When I opened the lid partway, I found small packets of liquid sauce and a spice mix to add later inside. Since these packets are to be added later, I removed them.

Pour hot water up to the inner line and wait 3 minutes. Keep the liquid sauce warm on top of the lid.

After 3 minutes, peel off the drain spout and gently tilt the pot to drain the water. The water that is drained at this point can be drunk as soup, so this time I'll pour it into a mug.

Once the noodles are drained, pour the liquid sauce over them and mix well. Finally, sprinkle on the spice mix and it's ready to serve.

Upon tasting it, the flavor and spiciness of the crushed spices hit you right away, and the moderate richness and aroma of the curry combine to create an irresistible taste that makes you want to keep eating. Since it's a soupless noodle dish, the temperature cools down quickly after preparation, which is a nice bonus as you don't feel hot while eating. However, because of the pungent spiciness of the spices, those who don't like spicy food should be careful.

The soup has the familiar taste of instant chicken ramen broth, allowing you to take a moment to relax while enjoying the spicy, soupless noodles.
