According to data from the automotive information website Autotrader , The Guardian, a major British daily newspaper, calculated the average price of a new car. The UK has decided to reintroduce electric vehicle purchase subsidies in July 2025, offering subsidies of £3,750 (approximately ¥810,000) or £1,500 (approximately ¥320,000) depending on the carbon emissions of the manufacturing process.
