I tried 'Iiyokanshi Soda,' a rich-flavored soda made with 'Iyokan juice'
Ehime Beverage has released a new drink called ' Ii Yokanshi Soda, ' which uses iyokan juice from Ehime Prefecture. It is said to recreate the taste of the raw fruit itself and its fresh, refreshing aroma, so I tried it out to see what it tastes like.

The taste of 'iyokan' hits the tongue intensely, and the strong carbonation makes it easy to swallow. There's a slight bitterness in the sweetness, and at times it feels like the flavor of the rind. This drink really brings out the taste and aroma of iyokan.
