The ingredients are like this.

One serving (161g) contains 457kcal. The salt equivalent is 2.4g for the noodles and toppings, and 3.8g for the soup.

When you open the lid, you'll find four packets: seasonings, liquid soup, powdered soup, and bean sprout preparations.

Add the toppings to the noodles, pour in hot water and wait 5 minutes. Keep the liquid soup and bean sprouts on the lid to warm.

After 5 minutes, add the powdered soup and mix.

Next, add the liquid soup, and the aroma of miso will spread.

Finally, add the cooked bean sprouts and it's done.

As you'd expect from the Maruchan Seimen series, the miso soup clings to the highly refined noodles, and they slide smoothly and comfortably into your mouth as you slurp them down. The soup is spicy and well-seasoned with chili peppers and chili oil, and even with the bean sprouts, it's rich without being watery. It pairs perfectly with white rice, and it's a dish you won't be able to stop eating.

'Maruchan Seimen Cup Spicy Miso' is priced at 355 yen excluding tax and will be on sale from Monday, December 15, 2025. In addition, Rakuten Market has a 12-pack for 4,380 yen including shipping and tax.
