A fan launches a stuffed toy of Usada Pekora into space three times

In order to fulfill the dream of

Usada Pekora , a member of the virtual group Hololive, who spoke about 'being taken into space' during a live broadcast, a group of volunteer fans have reported on YouTube that they have successfully launched a stuffed toy of Usada Pekora into space.

In a chat during a stream, Usada Pekora said, 'I wonder if you could take the Pekora doll to the moon?', and in response, a group of fans obtained Usada Pekora's Mochidoll , which was released in collaboration with Don Quijote in 2021, and shipped it to America.

It was scheduled to be launched via balloon in 2024.

However, due to

the massive wildfires that occurred in Canada in May 2024, the sky above the planned launch site was covered in smoke.

The launch site was quickly changed to Arizona.

Although it was raining heavily on the day of the launch, the launch went ahead.

As heavy rain falls, our altitude steadily increases and we break through the thick clouds.

Once we got through the clouds we could see blue sky, but there were even more clouds above that.

However, as the balloon broke through the clouds and attempted to reach its target altitude, it burst into pieces.

The second launch was favorable in terms of weather.

The third time, the weather was perfect.
