According to Unity, Unity 6 has been developed in close collaboration with developers, and has been built, tested, and improved. Unity 6, which was born in this way, is said to be able to create better games faster and more efficiently than before. New features of Unity 6 include an 'end-to-end multiplayer workflow' that improves the development speed of connected games, 'mobile web-compatible tools' that can expand the target range of developers, and new graphics features that move the workload from the CPU to the GPU.

Unity claims that by optimizing graphics processing by shifting processing from the CPU to the GPU, 'we have confirmed that CPU performance can be improved by up to 4x compared to Unity 5. '
