At the storefront, there was a signboard notifying the appearance of Matcha & Crush Almond Milk Tea Latte.

I immediately ordered Matcha & Crush Almond Milk Tea Latte (Toll only, 690 yen including tax).

A shot of matcha is poured into almond milk that has become a loose sherbet with crushed ice like a frappuccino. Crushed almonds are applied from the top, and plenty of ice is also included.

When you drink it, the crispy sherbet-like almond milk adds the scent of matcha, a unique bitterness, and a slight sweetness. The crushed almonds with skin are a nice accent with a crunchy texture, and the aroma of almonds remains as a lingering after drinking.

Matcha & crushed almond milk tea latte has been available since June 14, 2023 and can be ordered at Starbucks tea & cafes nationwide for 690 yen including tax. For an additional 110 yen, you can add vanilla ice cream as a topping.
