This time, I prepared 5 go of non-washed rice and decided to cook rice up to the upper limit that HAN-go can cook. Put the unwashed rice in the rice cooker ……



Pour water into place.



Then let it absorb water for about 30 minutes. This time, it took 30 minutes to absorb water because of summer, but it is better to absorb water for a longer time in cold autumn to winter.

Since the rice cooker is heated at once by gas cooking, steam starts to come out from the top in a few minutes to 10 minutes. According to the instruction manual, the standard rice cooking time is about 12 minutes for 1 go, about 15 minutes for 3 go, and about 18 minutes for 5 go. At the time of this review, the outside temperature was about 26 to 28 degrees Celsius, and rice cooking was completed in about 18 minutes according to the instruction manual.



When it is cooked, the fire will be extinguished automatically and the ignition lever will return to the 'extinguished' part. Instead of opening the lid immediately after this, steam it for about 15 minutes to make it more delicious.



After cooking rice, make sure that the fire is extinguished, and turn the appliance knob to 'OFF' for safety.

Cooking a large amount of rice outdoors requires skill and experience, but with HAN-go anyone can easily cook rice up to 5 go, so it is perfect for camping and BBQ in large numbers. I felt it. ◆ Cooking with a rice cooker
HAN-go can be used not only for cooking rice, but also for cooking rice and cooking in the same way as a regular rice cooker. This time, I made Hainan chicken rice (Singapore chicken rice) by referring to the recipe posted on

First, cut two chicken thighs into four equal parts ...



Mix salt (1/2 tsp), sugar (1/2 tsp), liquor (1 tbsp), grated garlic (1 tsp), grated ginger (1 tsp) in a zippered plastic bag, and chicken. Put the chicken meat in it and mix well to season it. If you want to cook outdoors, it is easier to complete the process at home and put the zippered plastic bag in the cooler box.



While seasoning the meat, soak 3 go of unwashed rice in water to absorb water.
