AWS publishes timeline until IE11 end of support

July 31, 2021 : Starting 31st, there is no guarantee that new features and new webpage features in the AWS Management Console will work properly. Fix IE 11 specific bugs for existing features and pages.

Late 2021: In late 2021, people who use IE11 to use the service or visit the above web pages will receive pop-up notifications or reminders for browser updates.

July 31, 2022 : One year after the blog was published, AWS will end support for IE11, and users will need to use a browser supported by AWS.
