From the entries submitted in April 2021, Junta -san's 'Anyway, I want to bully Asahina-san' was selected as a 'winning prize'.
Synopsis
Hikaru Asahina, the only daughter of a millionaire, has been spending a little time with Yuhi Yahashi since she was a child. Scribble on your desk, sneak a scary dog, or buy up your bread. However, behind that, there is a far-reaching ambition of Hikaru who loves Yuhi ...?
In the final selection, in addition to the editor-in-chief's examination, the GIGAZINE Secret Club (GSC) examines from the reader's point of view, and Yumeki , who is in charge of drawing ' Ameame Fure Fure Usoyande ', which won the grand prize in the drawing category in 2018. In 2020, Mr. Sukoyaka , who won a prize with the original name and is planning to serialize it, gave a review comment, so I summarized the points of evaluation.
Points of examination by the editorial department
First of all, there was overwhelming drawing power. Although it is not a picture of a beautiful character with a high head, it is unique, cute and stable. Even in the play, the four-frame interaction and gag are laughable, and the so-called 'emotional' relationship is interesting. If any of 'Character', 'Drawing power', and 'Scenario' is good, you can see the serialization, but I think that all of them were satisfied to a high standard. However, there was room for further ingenuity in the composition and presentation of each story when thinking in the form of serialization of manga, and in the first and second episodes, the important interaction and the number of gag steps have greatly decreased. It's a pity that it has the power to become the ground, so I wanted to see more of the strength of the 'story'.
Commentary by the editor-in-chief
The element 'bullying' in the title is out of the world if you make a mistake, but you can attack it so that you can avoid it with a deformed character. If there is an 'expression that can only be done by manga,' I think that it is exactly the advantage. Even if it is sticky in terms of development, you can see that it is devised because it changes the punch line repeatedly with a story in between, and you can understand the character and relationship of the two main characters in one episode. The reason why it is highly evaluated is that it is easy to read and understand, such as the fact that the character's deformation and the overall atmosphere are well unified. After that, I would like to expect it because the ability is asked about how long I can continue with this glue.
GIGAZINE Secret Club (GSC) Closed evaluation summary
It's easy to understand, and it feels good after reading. The scope of the examination was up to episodes 1 and 2, which was quite interesting as an introduction, but there were already a few points where the flow of 4 frames and the punch line felt like one pattern. It seems that the quality of the work will depend on how it develops while maintaining the settings in the next and subsequent episodes. Also, despite the composition of the two main characters and the sub-characters related to it, the two main characters are rather discommunication due to the setting, so I felt unsatisfactory when I saw them.
I personally like 'honwaka everyday' like this one, and I think it suits GIGAZINE. The reason for 'bullying' is easy to understand, and I think it's very good that the girl is drawn cutely! I think that you will feel more relaxed if you can feel more love through the interaction between the two characters, and if you show the goodness of the two characters and the aspect of Mr. Asahina's dere. Also, in terms of drawing, I thought that it would be better if there were more variations in facial expressions because the characters were drawn cutely.
Healthy (Original name of 'Secret Miyazono') Judging comment
The deformed girl is cute and the conversation of words is fun. It is easy to read with a small number of characters and an easy-to-understand setting, and when you think about it, I felt that it has a good characteristic in that even heavy settings can be developed smoothly. In the following story, a new character will appear and the relationship between the two will change drastically, so I'm worried about what will happen, so if you include that development, I would like to read that Ochi expanded a little more than originally expected. I did.

◆ In charge of drawing, name composition, application for drawing help
・ 'Drawing only' application method:
It is OK if you can show the URL of the portfolio and the collection of works on the Manga Award application form . Please write 'Apply only for drawing' in the 'Other' column. There is no limit to the number of illustrations and manga for the portfolio, and there is no line that requires more than one, but the more you have, the easier it is to get an evaluation.
・ How to apply for 'name composition'
We are also looking for a 'name composition' that uses the original script of the text as the name. As with drawing only, please send as much as you can about your portfolio, past work names and manga works.
・ Examination flow for 'drawing only' and 'name composition':
We will contact you by the month following the submission of the form regarding the portion that passed the first stage examination when looking at the portfolio, so we will ask you to actually draw with the trial original in the second stage examination, and after passing, the final stage voting examination Turn to.

'Coloring help' and 'Background help' calculate the hourly wage with work management software. The hourly wage is initially set as a trial period, and from there it will be increased according to the work skill and the number of contributions that can be made.
In the case of 'name structure', it is calculated by the manuscript fee per page.

◆ Original script application guidelines
・ In addition to the first episode manuscript , prepare a plot (synopsis) from the first episode to the final episode . For the synopsis, please describe the flow of the entire work in detail on the first page of the manuscript in 100 to 800 characters.
・ In the first screening, we will see the fun of a simple story and the completeness of one story. If you proceed from the second screening to the final screening, you will be conscious of actually creating the original manga, and will judge 'Is it possible to constantly create a script written by To?' Until the final episode.
・ If you are applying for 'original only' and only text, it is okay if you paste the text in Google Docs and then enter the address of the shared link in the application form. In that case, please do not edit the document after applying.
