This is the 'Menta Thick Grilled Egg Burger' (400 yen including tax). A hamburger with a strong presence of thick roasted eggs that replace patties.

When you try to eat it, the spicy cod roe sauce and the refreshing perilla flavor spread throughout your mouth the moment you put it in your mouth, and as you continue to eat, you can feel the taste of tamagoyaki with soup stock changing. Mentaiko and Ooba go great with mayonnaise and buns, and have an impact comparable to that of a huge omelet. In terms of texture, fluffy tamagoyaki was the strongest, and when chewed, I felt the bubble wrap of mentaiko sauce.
On the other hand, the 'Handmade thick-grilled egg burger' (300 yen including tax) has a simple structure with thick-grilled eggs and only mustard mayonnaise, so if you want to enjoy the original taste of thick-grilled eggs, this is recommended. Every time you chew a fluffy thick roasted egg, you can feel a Japanese taste from the soup stock that is just right.
