CoCo Ichibanya, a chain specializing in curry, has been offering a limited-time menu ' Adult Spice Curry THE Ethnic Asia ' from the popular spice curry series from September 1, 2020. The citrus herb sauce accentuates the refreshing sourness and spiciness, so I actually tried it.

Since it was possible to order by takeout, I bought an adult spice curry THE Ethnic Asia (962 yen including tax) with me. The amount of rice is standard 250g.
The roux has a slightly reddish tint, and you can see a lot of ingredients sunk.
The ingredients are clams, chicken, shrimp, and green beans. The roux itself is dry and has a low viscosity.
Garnish with sweet pickled onions.
When you try it, you can smell the spices. When chewed, it has a firm texture of crispy clams, shrimp, and elastic chicken, and at the same time, you can feel the umami of seafood and chicken. At the same time, wrinkles and stimulating spiciness spread in the mouth. I ordered the spices as normal, but it's quite spicy because I call myself an adult spice curry, so it may be a little tough for people who are not good at spicy foods.
