I ate two kinds of cold pasta of Saizeriya that passes through the throat with the saltiness of raw ham and the flavor of basil

At the Italian restaurant chain Saizeriya, ' Cold pasta with Parma produced ham and rucola ' and ' Caprese-style cold pasta ' were introduced as a menu for hot summer, so I went to eat.

Arrive at Saizeriya

As a countermeasure against the spread of the new coronavirus infection, a table was prepared between the tables, and the order was changed to a form in which the form was filled and the doorbell was pushed. This is a win-win feeling for both the ordering side and the receiving side because there is no forgetting to convey the order or missing of the order, but it seems that there is a mistake in writing.

Two cold pasta products arrived in just over 10 minutes from the order. The left is 'Palma produced ham and

rucola cold pasta' (500 yen including tax), and the right is 'Caprese-style cold pasta' (500 yen including tax).

'Cold pasta with palma produced ham and rucola' has plenty of raw ham to cover the pasta, and rucola and tomato are hidden under the ham.

The impression is that while the saltiness and fat flavor of the prosciutto are firm, the total taste is refreshingly salad-like. When it gets hot, I lose my appetite and I avoid hot pasta for a while, but since it's cold pasta, I passed through my throat.

'Caprese-style cold pasta' is a combination of tomato and basil sauce (genovese). Mozzarella cheese with 100% buffalo milk is rolling around.

The tomato sourness is added to the rich basil flavor, which is also light overall.

The texture of mozzarella cheese is also one of the fun.

It's ant to avoid pasta because it's summer and to choose cold pasta as slippery as buckwheat noodles and udon. However, be aware that garlic and basil are slightly scented, so wearing a mask may damage yourself.
