IBM 's 'Project Debater - Speech by Crowd' to sort out people's opinions and assemble appropriate opinions and make speech

A new component " Speech by Crowd " of AI "Project Debater" that can debate almost real-time with humans developed by IBM was unveiled at CES 2019 , the world's largest trade fair.

Speech by Crowd gathers excellent ones from the large volume of opinions collected, assembles one opinion, and makes a speech. The following are the movies of what kind of mechanism is actually used.

The sample agenda is that "social media is better than things not good". I will post an opinion here.
