Security researcher Binnie Troyer noticed that many personal information is stored on the public server. "It seems that there is data on almost all American citizens," as Mr. Troyer says, it has been suggested that personal information of almost all adult Americans has leaked out. According to Mr. Troia, it seems unknown where the personal information stored in the database came from, but it is amazed at the enormous amount of information that flowed out as "the most comprehensive thing I have seen" I am wearing it.

According to Troyer, Exactis's public server is easily accessible, "In theory it was easy for everyone else to get information." After noticing the existence of the public server, Mr. Troy warns this fact to Exactis and FBI, and it can not access data already at the time of article creation.

According to the United States Census Bureau , the population of the United States is approximately 325 million, of which approximately 244 million are adults. Considering that personal information stored on Exactis's public server was 340 million, it can be inferred that almost all Americans' personal information leaked out.
