I tried using 'TweetDelete' which automatically deletes past Twitter posts

If you try to delete content tweeted on Twitter in the past you need to do it one by one manually. For this reason, if people who tweet many tweets in the past collectively delete their contributions, it will be a serious task. "TweetDeleteI checked the contents of postings every few days and automatically delete the tweets before the specified period, so I actually tried using it.

Automatically delete your old tweets with TweetDelete.net

In order to delete the old tweet using TweetDelete, experiment using the Twitter account which did not update the post about 5 years ago last. Firstly, with this account "test" tweet.

next,TweetDeletePlease check "I have read and agree to the TweetDelete terms" and click "Sign in with Twitter".

Since the Twitter authentication screen is displayed, enter the account information in "user name or email" and "password" and click "authenticate cooperative application".

Then the screen "Automatically delete the tweet before" 3 months "is displayed. By clicking on the pull-down box here, you can select a period from seven ways "1 week" "2 weeks" "1 month" "2 months" "3 months" "half year" "1 year". To delete all tweets before this year, click "one year" this time.

Also, if you do not want to tell the followers that you've enabled TweetDelete, or if you do not want to follow TweetDelete's Twitter account, it's checked by default "Post to my feed to let my friends know I activated TweetDelete" ( Uncheck "Follow @Tweet_Delete for future update" (Follow @ Tweet_Delete)) to notify a friend that TweetDelete has been enabled). Please note that turning off the red letters "Delete all my existing tweets before activating this schedule" (Delete all tweets before enabling this schedule) will cause all tweets to disappear.

Next, click "Activate TweetDelete".

Then, "TweetDelete becomes effective and I delete all tweets before 365 days" is displayed. Checking past tweets by TweetDelete seems to be done every few days, but if it is newly enabled it seems that old posts will be deleted within 1 hour.

I confirmed the Twitter account for testing here, and in about 1 minute from enabling, all the tweets were deleted except for new posts tweeting before using TweetDelete.

If you do not want to delete past tweets once, or if you do not need periodic deletion, click "Turn off Tweet Delete (or pick new settings)".

The TweetDelete setting screen will be displayed and the delete function will be invalid. If you click "Sign out user name" in the upper right corner ... ...

You can log out from TweetDelete.

In addition, TweetDelete seems to be restricted, and it means that there are only 3200 latest tweets that can be deleted. In other words, in the case of users who tweet more than 3,200 cases in a month, it seems that even if you try to delete posts older than one month with TweetDelete, it will not work.
