After that, Ricotta cheese pancake arrived in about 10 minutes. The shape of the pancake is slightly irregular, but it is quite thick and the thickness of one piece is about 2 to 3 cm. Because it is three-tiered, the appearance of volume feeling is a word that is already amazing. The cream affixed together is not a whipped cream just trying to eat, but cream that feels the flavor and slightly saltiness of the cheese.

That's why I tried to cut pancakes with a knife right away, and the cloth was so fluffy that it showed me a tremendous elasticity.

Furthermore, when we try topping both maple syrup and cheese cream, the saltiness of the cheese cream and the sweetness of the maple syrup are combined to taste the rich crispy texture of the pancake, which makes it impossible to say exquisite taste. Even if you eat with maple syrup or eat with cheese cream, it is ok but personally you can taste maple syrup modestly, then eat plenty of cheese cream and drink it all together to taste everything balanced and the best combination I felt that.
