When the above URL is opened, a map with numerals is displayed on the left side of the screen.

You can move the map by clicking the mouse and dragging the map. Try clicking the number near New York, 4 downloadable files are displayed on the right side of the screen. Click on the sun icon, rearrange the files at the azimuth of the sun, click on the image file shot on July 31, 2014 at the top.

Click "Download (653 MB)" to download the compressed file.

Click "OK".

The contents of the downloaded compressed file are as follows. All the images stored in the file are TIFF images. Even the smallest one has a file size of about 116 MB and a size of 7661 × 7801, and if it is the largest, it is a tremendously large image file called 15321 × 15601 at about 466 MB.

The saved image looks something like this.

Satellite photos that can be downloaded from the Libra is a large Tondemonaku file size, but the photo quality is the material that is worth to download.
