First of all, trying to eat it from Sakurajima stick, sweet and sour seasoned like sweet and sour pork, it is slightly greasy feeling. The chicken comes with a thoroughball, so it has a solid taste. The menu name is "spicy", but pungent taste is not so strong, so even people who are not good at eating spicy food are likely to eat.


The bitter taste of green peppers matches well with sweet and sour sauce. Good texture is good as it is cut to a large size.


Young corn was a shakiyaki texture, and the onion was firmly textured. Lotus root has a good texture and it fits well with the taste of chicken. Just as a whole impression I feel a bit greasy.


Maikawa Maiko eggplant grilled dish (590 yen including tax) is a dish of Mabo eggplant on a fried rice. Soup also comes with it.


Mako eggplant has plenty of meat and moisture is little feeling.


Eggplant is also securely included.


Fried rice is a paradise with vegetables such as eggs and carrots.


First I tried eating only with Mabo eggplant, "Sichuan"Because it is named, it seems to be quite painful, I feel sweet miso taste not much pungent taste, I get a little shoulder watermelon, but it seems to fit well with rice with a sweet flavor. Eggplant was pretty smoked.


Fried rice is a taste of a shop indeed, rice is paradox. Seasoning is diluted, bitter taste of green peppers is conspicuous.


When we eat Mabo eggplant and fried rice together, sweet miso taste of Mabo eggplant and peppers are good compatibility. Just because both oils are used quite a bit, I felt greasy.


Soup is gentle egg taste, mouth is refreshing.


Sweet pepper ramen (690 yen including tax) is full of sweet sake and vegetables, ramen with thick pepper.


There is plenty of pepper in the middle of ramen, and you can see a thin green sausage.

Bean sprouts, carrots, and green vegetables were also included.


Noodles are medium in size and soup has thickening.


When I drank it from the soup, I had a nice wet soup and it was a bit stiff in this hot weather season. The taste of pepper was also effective and the taste was deep.


Noodle is a commercially available raw noodle level which is not possible. Because there is thickening in the soup, it entangles well with noodles.


Vegetables are shakiyaki's texture, sweet sake has a somewhat flavorful taste and a clichy texture. The taste of the soup is pretty strong, so it was just good to eat it with vegetables.
