This is a real beer belly, a man who has been drunk with brewing beer in the body

ByQuite peculiar

It is expressed as "heavy bowl with stomach coming out" "beer belly", fermentation occurs in the body and actually brewing beer in the body is intestinal fermentation syndrome, common name beer auto brewing syndrome.

This unfamiliar case was found in the state of Texas, USA. A 61-year-old man who came up with a dizziness at the emergency room of a hospital came up to me. A hospital nurse breath tested the man and the blood alcohol concentration in men was 0.37%. In Texas this was nearly five times the statutory standard in driving.

Just thinking about it just looks like a drunken state, but this man did not take a drop of alcohol on that day. Even though a man had the symptoms of getting drunk abruptly even after Sunday's worship, his wife got bewildered and bought himself a breath inspection machine himself.

Some experts recorded that he is "hiding and drinking" about him, Dr. Justin McCarthy, a gastroenterologist in the state of Texas, USA, and Dr. Barbara Cordell, nurse president of Carthage Panora University I did a peek at clarifying the problem.

The survey team first examined the portable items of men and isolated it 24 hours into a hospital room. A male consumed carbohydrates and a doctor investigated blood alcohol concentration, and at some point the concentration increased to 0.12%. From this, Dr. Cordell and Dr. McCarthy concluded that yeast excess is occurring in the intestines of men. In other words, inside of the male's intestines had a function like a brewery, which fermented carbohydrates.

According to Dr. CordellBudding yeast(Yeast), and when ingesting starch such as bagels and pasta, yeast converts sugar to alcohol, so it brews beer in the intestine and as a result it gets drunk just by eating. Both doctors seemed to believe that it was impossible to do so in spite of spontaneous firing when reading articles on "Beer Automatic Brewery Syndrome" in clinical medicine magazines, but in fact this intestine produced a lot of ethanol I was able to do it.

Microbiologist at Duke UniversityJoseph HeitmanAccording to Mr. Yeast, although it is usually taken into the human body, it does not cause harm, but it rarely stays in the body for a long time and may cause problems. According to Heitman, although it is possible that budding yeast may grow in the intestine, it is not clear whether it relates to any disease.

Several cases of this beer auto brewing syndrome have been reported, but few have been reported in Japan in 1970. Many cases occur after ingestion of antibiotics, the inside of the intestines being wiped out.
