A house designed something wrong

A photograph of a house in which some things are outrageously somewhat misunderstood. When designing, of course, I feel doubtful that someone was "strange" when building a house.

There is nothing meaningless on the wall part with nothing set up a veranda. No way, is it "to jump off the window above and use it?" Even if you can get on the veranda, it is very difficult to escape from there.
