A sudden picture of a huge water column emerging in the center of the city of Russia

It is a photograph of the state of the city where the sewage pipe bursts suddenly and water is blowing out terrible. I can not approach it absolutely with the momentum that I thought as though the tsunami was caught unexpectedly.

I'm wondering how I repaired it after this, but let's see how much water momentum is.
